AI Seminar Series: “Smart Risk Control Strategies: Fraud Detection and Prevention in Finance”
In support of the Government to develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a core industry, while empowering traditional industries to upgrade and transform through AI adoption, the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) is launching “AI Empowerment: Enhancing Industry Capabilities” seminar series in 2026.
A seminar titled “Smart Risk Control Strategies: Fraud Detection and Prevention in Finance” aims to advance the financial industry by leveraging AI and data analytics to strengthen fraud detection, enhance risk management, and ensure regulatory compliance. Our goal is to foster collaboration among industry leaders, share best practices, and develop actionable solutions that improve efficiency, safeguard customer trust, and promote sustainable growth in the evolving financial landscape.
